If your insurance is not listed above: you may claim your out-of-network benefits, which insurance may still reimburse but at a slightly lower rate than in-network benefits. Superbills are another option, which you would submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Ask our intake coordinator or your therapist about these options.

Payment:

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment by check should be made to the order of “Your Family Wellness Village LLC.” Payment is due at the time of the session.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you notify us at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.
